During the studies, pupils will gain the knowledge in the domain of ecology and protecting of the environment, they will get to know the problems of waste management, they will be well-informed
in the acts and regulations within the protection of the environment problematics.
Pupils from the first and the second grade have their regular guided training in groups outdoor. These trainings are aimed at work with machines which are used in maintaining the environment.
In the third and fourth grade, they have their individual training.
School-leavers of this field of study get secondary-school qualification in ecology.
School-leaving exam enables them to study at schools of higher education and universities, especially schools of natural sciences.
The base of the teaching-learning process are subjects of general knowledge with broadened teaching-learning process of subjects of natural science (biology, chemistry, man and the environment, technological processes). Up from the third grade pupils choose optional subjects ( conversation in a foreign language, biology seminar, monitoring of the environment).
School-leavers are prepared to study at schools of higher education and at universities.
Students learn how to assess the quality of foodstuff products and get to know technological processes which process milk into dairy products. The school cooperate with Madeta České Budějovice,joint-stock company, and in-factory training takes place in a pilot plant of Madeta Řípec factory.
School-leavers of this field of study come to be useful in a wide range of food-procesing industry, especially in manufacturing operations and research laboratories.
School-leaving exam enables them to apply for the study at schools of higher education and at universities, especially schools of foodstuff and chemistry specialisation.
During the study pupils gain the knowledge of biochemical and chemical processes which proceed in foodstuff raw materials and products.They get informed about the most advanced methods of chemical and microbiological analysis of foodstuff products and how to assess foodstuff quality. At the same time, they gain the knowledge of technological procedures which process agricultural products into foodstuff products.
School-leavers come to be useful in control laboratories and development laboratories of chemical and pharmacetical industry. They can apply for the study at schools of higher education and at universities with foodstuff and natural science specialisation.
